Muna Wahalar da kawunan mu musamman a harka da ya shafa lafiyar jikin mu. Akwai wa su matakai ma su sauki da ya kamata mu dauka domin inganta lafiyar jikin mu. Hakan bai kawo wani matsala a jikin bin-Adama, sai dai ya kara ma mutum lafia da kuzari a jiki.


Yana da kyau mutum ya sha a kalla moda 4 ( kimanin lita 1) a ranar. Idan yin hakan mutum yana ganin ya masa yawa, sai ya farawa da kadan kadan, daga baya sai mutum ya ta kara yawan ruwan ahankali.
