Yadda za ki yi kwalliya idan ba ki da lafiya
Barkanmu da sake saduwa daku a wannan filin
namu na kwalliya wanda yake zuwa muku kai tsaye daga mujallar Duniyan Fasaha. A
yau na kawo muku yadda za kiyi kwalliya idan ba ki da lafiya. Idan nace rashin
lafiya ina nufin wadda batayi tsanani ba. Bai kamata a rika barin fuska da jiki
da datti ba don kawai ba’a da lafiya. Idan aka tsaftace jiki ana jin sauki kuma
hakan zai iya taimakawa wajen sanya sauki a ciwo. Dole ne a kasance masu tsafta
a kodayaushe domin taimakawa lafiyar jiki.

Idan mutum yaga cewa ba zai iya yin wadannan
abubuwan da na lissafo ba, yana da kyau ya zauna a cikin gida yayi jinyar har
sai ya warke bakidaya kafin ya fito waje. Dama muna magana ne akan rashin
lafiya mara tsanani.
