Muna sane da rawar da abinci mai kyau ke
takawa wajen bunkasa lafiyar jikin mu da inganta ayyukan da gabbobin ke
gudanarwa. Amma so da yawa mu kan manta da rawar da wannan abinci ke takawa
wajen bawa kwakwalwar mu lafiya da karfin yin aikin ta. Kasancewa kwakwalwa a
