Yadda Shan Ruwan Zafi Ke Magance Cututtuka Guda Sha Uku 13

Shan ruwa dayawa nada matukar muhimmanci ga lafiyar jikinmu, sai de ta dayan bangaren kuma yawan shan ruwan sanyi yakan iya zama babbar matsala, domin kuwa a duk lokacin da muka sha ruwan sanyi bayan chin abinci yakan je kai tsaye ya toshe magudanar jinin jiki wadda hakan kan janyo cututtuka bila adadin kamar irinsu ciwon sugar wadda aka fi sani da Diabetes a turance, ciwon daji wato cancer da dai makamantansu. Haka zalika ruwan sanyi yakan zama tamkar guba a cikin jikinmu mussamman ga wayenda basu iya rayuwa ba tare dashi ba. Ruwan sanyi na tattare da illoli masu yawan gaske wadda zamuyi bayani a wasu makonni masu zuwa.

Shan ruwan zafi nada matukar muhimmanci ga lafiyar jikinmu, masana sun gano cewar shan ruwa mai dumi kamar lita daya ko wani wayewar gari kafin mutum ya karya na da matukar tasiri ga lafiyar jiki musamman ma idan mutum ya bada tazarar awa daya kafin karyawa yin hakan zai iya magance matsaloli irinsu:

1==> Ciwon Kunne: Shan ruwan dumi lokacin da aka tashi barchi kafin karyawa yakan zama tamkar riga kafi ga masu fama da ciwon kunne domin duk wadda yakeyin haka na tsawon kwanaki goma ba tare da yankewa ba insha Allahu bashi ba fama da ciwon kunne.

2.==> Ciwon Sugar Wato Diabetes: Wannan yana daya daga cikin ciwo mafi hatsari da mutane ke fama dashi daga lokaci zuwa lokaci, idan mutum zai yawaita shan ruwa kimanin lita guda da safe kafin karyawa na tsawon kwanaki talatin (30) wato wata guda insha Allahu wannan cutar zata sauko kasa.

3.==> Ciwon Mara: Ciwon mara ya kasance daya daga cikin ciwo da mata ke fama dashi wadda hakan na faruwa bisa wasu dalilai, idan ya mace na fama da ciwon mara kafin zuwan jinin haila (Al’ada), muddin zata dage da shan ruwan dumi kimanin lita guda a ko wani safiya na tsawon kawanki sha biyar ba tare da yankewa ba, insha Allahu zata ga chanji a tattare da matsala da take fama dashi.

4.==> Ciwon Kai: Idan mutum ya kasance yana fama da matukar ciwon kai musamman wadda ba`rinkai ke yawan sarawa, idan mutum ya dage da shan ruwa kimanin lita a kowani waye war gari na tsawon kwanaki biyar insha Allahu za’a rabu da wannan matsalar.

5.==> Ciwon Zuciya: Masoya bada ku nakeyi ba, domin kuma naku matsalane da mutum yakan iya daura wa kansa, amma idan an kasance ana fama da yawan ciwon zuciya sai a dage da shan ruwan dumi a kowani Safiya na tsawon kwanaki talatin wato wata guda kenan insha Allahu za’a sami sauki sosai ga wannan matsalar.

6.==> Rashin Isasshen Jini: Akwai wasu jerin mutane da ke fama da rashin gudanar jini a cikin zuciya wadda hakan ke haifo da matsaloli bila adadin; idan an kasance ana fama da wannan cutar za’a iya lazumci shan ruwa mai dumi kimanin lita guda a kowani wayewar gari na tsawon wata hudu da yaddan Allah za’a samu saukin wannan cutar. 

7.==> Taruwan Jini: Idan an kasance ana fama da matsalar taruwan jini wadda hakan ke hana jini gudana a cikin jiki, muddin za’a ringa shan ruwan dumi na tsawon kwanaki talatin jijiyoyin jiki zasu warware sannan jinin jiki zai samu gudana yadda ya kamata.

8.==> Ciwon Farfadiya: Ga masu fama da wanann cutar, idan har mutum zai daga da shan ruwan dumi kimanin lita na tsawon wata tara ba tare da yankewa zai samu saukin matsalar insha Allah.

9.==> Ciwon Ciki: Duk da cewar akwai abubuwa bila adadin da ke haifar da wannan matsalar amma yawan shan ruwa a kowani Safiya yakan taimaka matuka wajen samun sauki.

10.==> Samun Minjirya: Idan mutum yana yawan samun minjirya, idan har zai dage da shan ruwan dumi na kwanaki talatin zai samu sauki insha Allahu.

11.==> Ciwon Daji wato Cancer: Idan har ana fama da ciwon daji, muddin za’a dage da shan ruwan dumi na wasu lokuta insha Allahu za’a sami chanji sosai.

12.==> Mutum Mara Son Cin Abinci: Idan mutum ba mai son yawan cin abinci bane toh ya yawaita shan ruwan dumi, muddin mutum zai yawaita shan ruwan dumi na tsawon kwanaki goma koma fiye da haka sai samu damar cin abinci yadda ya kamata.

13.==> Ciwon Fuka: Yawan shan ruwa mai dumi yana da matukar amfani domin yana taimakawa matuka wajen magance wannan matsalar na ciwon fuka. Yana da kyau a ringa shan ruwan dumi a kowani Safiya na tsawon watanni hudu hakan zai taimaka wajen rabuwa da cutar da ake fama.

 

Wasu daga cikin jerin ababen da ruwan dumi ke magancewa. Yana da kyau a san cewar ruman dumi ko ruwan zafi da muke Magana anan ya kasance kamar ruwan shayi babu sanyi sosai sannan kuma babu zafi wato ya kasance matsakaici, sannan kuma kada ya kasa lita daya sannan bugu da kari yana da kyau a bada tazaran awa gudu bayan shan ruwa domin hakan zai taimaka wajen ratsa wasu kofofin jiki.
