Duk da cewar muna sane da muhimmancin da ruwa ke takawa wajen tabbatar da kasancewar mu cikin koshin lafiya, kwanciyar hankali da kuma walwala. Sai dai kuma da yawa daga cikin mutane ba su san adadin ruwan da ya kamata su na sha ba a lokaci zuwa lokaci. Wannan yasa yau Mujallar Duniyan Fasaha ta taho muku da wasu daga cikin illoli guda goma(10) da rashin shan isasshen ruwa ke haifarwa ga lafiyar jikinmu.
Masana kimiyya sun tabbatar da cewar shan ruwa lokaci zuwa lokaci yana da matukar fai’da ga lafiyar jiki sai dai kuma Ko a tsakanin su, babu daidaito a ra’ayoyin su game da adadin ruwa da ya kamata a sha a ko wani rana. Yayin da wasu ke ganin kofi takwas(8) a rana ya wadatar, wasu suna ganin mutum na bukatar akalla lita 3 a rana domin hakan zai taimaka wa wasu bangarori na jiki wajen gudanar da aikin su da ya dace.

Kuma akwai matukar hatsari idan mutum ya ki la’akari da wadannan alamomi, domin kuwa rashin shan ruwan cikin yan kankanin lokaci yakan jefa mutum cikin wani matsala.
