Abinci Kala 6 Da Ke Tsayar Da Gudawa Cikin kankanin Lokaci

Kowa da kallar cikinsa sannan kuma da abunda shi cikin nasan yake so, abincin wani yakan zama gubar wani. A sami abincin da ciki baya bukata sannan aci kamar ba gobe, aci daga safe har zuwa dare; idan ciki ya tsuge, sai a sami flagin sannan a hada da wadannan abinci kala 6 da ke tsayar da gudawa:

1.==> Tuffa: Tufa na dauke da sinadarin ‘pectin’ wanda ke taimakawa wajen karfafa kashi. Sannan yana dauke da sikari mai kau da ke mayarda karfin da aka rasa a lokacin da ake zawo.

2.==> Dabino: Dabino na taimakawa matuka wajen dakatar da zawo ta hanyar daure ciki, a mafi yawancin lokuta ana amfani dashine lokacin sallar layya wato babbar salla  inji yara wai sallar nama koda kuw mutum ya yayi hadama a wannan lokutan in dai yaci debino to yakan iya kwana lafiya ba tare da wata matsala b aba tare da kuma wani fargaba ba. 4.==> Shinkafa: Abun harda su baiwar Allah shinkafa. Dadin abun shine tana daya daga cikin abincin da aka fi ci a lokacin sallah. Sai dai idan ana so a yi amfani da ita wajen tsayarda zawo, toh za’a ci ta ne gaya, babu miya, babu wasali.

5.==> Nono Kindirmo ko yogurt: Akwai ‘bacteria’ masu kyau da ke taimakawa wajen daidaita yadda bahaya ke haduwa a cikin ciki. Rasa wasu daga cikin wadannan bacteria na sakar da bahaya. Shan Nono na taimaka wajen mayarda wadanda aka rasa.

6.==> Gasasshen biredi: Cin gasasshen biredi zalla shi na taimakawa wajen karfafa bahaya, kuma yana taimakawa wajen kara karfin da aka rasa a yayin da ake zawo.
