Kankana yana daya daga cikin kayan marmari da
muke sha a yawancin lokuta, duk da cewar bamu san me amfaninta ga lafiyar jikin
mu ba, watakila saboda arharta da ganinta da mu ke yi banza-banza sakamakon
yawanta a gonaki, lambuna, kasuwanninmu sannan kuma ko wani lubgu zuwa sakon
cikin gari , a hakikanin gaskiya kankana na daya daga cikin manyan abincin da
za mu iya masa lakani da “MAGANI A GONAR YARO”. Yana da kyau mu fahimci cewar
ba duk abinda Allah ya ba mu shi a wadace ba ne ya ke da karancin amfani ko
muhimmanci a garemu.
Insha Allahu yau a shafin Duniyan Fasaha zamu zayyano wasu daga cikin anfanonin kankana ga lafiyan jiki.
- Kasancewar sa abin marmari da kuma dan-dano Kankana na dauke da sinadarai masu yawan gaske wadda zai taimaka matuka ga lafiyar jiki wajen gina shi, ba shi garkuwa, da inganta lafiyar wasu sassa, bargo da ma ita jikin baki dayan ta.
